The Stillwater Public Library has received a health literacy grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries and the Institute of Museum and Library Services to provide programming to address ways to reduce stress.
Sign up for "Be Mindful," an online, clinically proven, self-paced mindfulness-based cognitive therapy course that tracks your results. Learn practical approaches proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue. The course can also improve sleep quality and resilience.
This four-week course is limited to 50 participants per month. You can register to participate in February, March, April, or May of 2021. Registration will begin on February 2. More details will be available soon.
