As better, direct download e-readers like the Amazon Fire become available, the Stillwater Public Library is seeing an ever increasing number of e-reader users wanting to access the library’s free eBook service, Overdrive. Toddler storytime starts Feb. 2
Beginning Jan. 17, parents, grandparents, and caregivers may register toddlers for the Stillwater Public Library's Early Learning Lapsit Program. This fun-filled storytime for children ages 9-22 months includes stories, songs, rhymes and fingerplays. Read more... or Register

Children's Winter Reading Program soon underway!
The Stillwater Public Library is bringing back with its Winter Reading Club for a second year. "Winter Reading Dreamland" is an eleven-week program, Jan. 17 to March 27, designed to keep children reading during the frosty months ahead. Read more....

The library is collecting books to make kits to loan local bookclubs. Each kit has ten books. You can help! If you have some of the books we are collecting, please take them to the Help Desk and tell the librarian the books are for the kits. See which books we need.
